Administrative Officer

Overview

The Administrative Officer facilitates the unit's file management and personnel support programs to ensure that the unit appropriately documents and recognizes member accomplishments. 

 

Reports to

Personnel Officer

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit (to Higher Headquarters, as required) awards and award packages/packets

  • Assist the Personnel Officer in maintaining unit files to record member achievements and accomplishments, to include awards, promotions, and qualifications

  • Coordinate with the Logistics Officer for the presentation of awards, decorations, and promotions

  • Develop and maintain—in cooperation with the cadet staff—member awards trackers to ensure that eligible members are awarded as appropriate

  • Assist the Personnel Officer in recording attendance at unit activities
