2d Lt Katharine G. McNeilly
Biography
2d Lt McNeilly joined Civil Air Patrol in September 2022, previously supporting the Cadet Detachment by working with other parents to fundraise toward cadet activities. In late 2022, 2d Lt McNeilly became the unit's Safety Officer and Recruiting and Retention Officer. She was appointed Deputy Commander for Cadets in August 2023.
2d Lt McNeilly is a native of Silverton, Oregon and is a 2004 graduate of Portland State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Marketing.
