Cadet Program

S8 Finance

The S8 serves as the financial specialist for the cadet corps.

 

Responsibilities

  • Budget statements — The S8 works with the Squadron Finance Officer (SFO) to review and produce budget statements for the unit.

  • Logistics procurement — The S8 procures logistical needs for the cadet corps by working with the S4 to determine reasonable allocation of unit funds to needed equipment and other logistical needs. Any planned purchases by the unit are first authorized by the SFO.
